- Start by disinfecting your equipment
- Place the stainless steel tray under the bottling machine.
- Close overflow and draw-off valves.
- Set your gas line to the same pressure as the tank containing your liquid gas. WARNING: do not exceed 1.5 bar. We advise you to fill your cylinders with a liquid of less than 5°.
- Connect your first hose to your Co2 regulator, then the second to your pressure vessel containing your product.
- Place your bottles under each spout and lock them by raising the levers.
- Open the gas-side valves, the cylinder is pressurized, and you can slightly open the overflow valve to purge the oxygen in the cylinders.
- Open the valves on the liquid side
- Adjust the overflow valve so that the gas contained in the cylinder can escape, while maintaining a stable cylinder filling speed.
- Once the bottle is full, close the valves on the bottling heads (in a position perpendicular to the bottling machine).
- You can remove the bottle when the pressure on the gauge starts to drop. Quickly cap and cork your bottles.
