1. Start by disinfecting your equipment
  2. Place the stainless steel tray under the bottling machine.
  3. Close overflow and draw-off valves.
  4. Set your gas line to the same pressure as the tank containing your liquid gas. WARNING: do not exceed 1.5 bar. We advise you to fill your cylinders with a liquid of less than 5°.
  5. Connect your first hose to your Co2 regulator, then the second to your pressure vessel containing your product.
  6. Place your bottles under each spout and lock them by raising the levers.
  7. Open the gas-side valves, the cylinder is pressurized, and you can slightly open the overflow valve to purge the oxygen in the cylinders.
  8. Open the valves on the liquid side
  9. Adjust the overflow valve so that the gas contained in the cylinder can escape, while maintaining a stable cylinder filling speed.
  10. Once the bottle is full, close the valves on the bottling heads (in a position perpendicular to the bottling machine).
  11. You can remove the bottle when the pressure on the gauge starts to drop. Quickly cap and cork your bottles.
