• Check that the bottle support screws are set to the same height.
  • Place your bottles in all spouts and holders.
  • Change the height of the bottling machine by unscrewing the 4 side clamps. Caution: hold the head support tube by hand to avoid damaging the structure.
  • Adjust the height so that bottles can be placed on the clamping bracket, lever upwards.
  • Press the silicone caps lightly onto the top of the bottles.
  • Tighten the side clamps, pressing them against the guide.
  • Connect the gas bottle to the bottling machine and set your pressure reducer so that the pressure does not exceed 1.5 bar.
  • Perform a pressure test by connecting the gas supply and opening the valves on the gas-side draught excluders (do not exceed 1.5 bar).
  • If gas is escaping from the neck of a cylinder, you can manually adjust the height of the cylinder support screw.
